Quality assurance and after-sales service instructions
Quality assurance:
All sold parts are guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
We provide a one-year warranty service (within 12 months from the date of purchase). If the buyer encounters any quality issues during use , please connect to us promptly for repair or replacement.
In the event warranty service is required, the buyer can first describe the issue to the after-sales personnel through instant messenger phone calls or email. Some problems can be rectified by communication and need no further course of action.
Additional warranty provisions:
⑴ If the products has been installed, we have no obligation of returns without reasons.
⑵ We shall have no obligation of returns in the event an part is modified by any other person or organization.
⑶ We shall have no obligation of returns if the bike becomes defective in whole or in part as a result of improper installation, improper maintenance, improper use, abnormal operation, or any other misuse or mistreatment of the product part.
